Ilona Faustova, Rainis Venta and Karol Piotr Szuba-Jablonski visited Gelatex Technologies OÜ in Tallinn on the 7th of February 2025. Company’s CEO Märt-Erik Martens showed the facilities and explained the technological foundation of Gelatex. The potential collaboration possibilities were discussed that could benefit both our research group and the Gelatex. For example, the future outcomes of the Tem-Ta-124 project could be utilized by Gelatex. Also, potential exchange of materials for research purposes were discussed. Overall, this meeting is the first step in establishing potentially mutual beneficial partnership between academia and industry and in bringing foundational scientific advances closer to real-world applications.
